How do I order?
Bespoke Custom Labels - Click on the "Fully Custom Labels" tab and fill in the form or click this link to schedule a call, we will then contact you back within 1 working day to start the process of making your bespoke labels!
Logo Labels - Click on the "Logo Labels" tab and fill in the form to request a quote. We will be in touch with a no-obligation quote and if you want to go ahead we will start your ordering process from there
Product Labels - Click on the "Product Labels" tab and fill in the form to request a quote. We will be in touch with a no-obligation quote and if you want to go ahead we will start your ordering process from there
Branding Tape - Click on the "Branding Tape" tab and fill in the form to request a quote. We will be in touch with a no-obligation quote and if you want to go ahead we will start your ordering process from there
Small Business Essentials - Click on the "Shop" tab and browse to see what we have available, add anything you like to your cart and proceed to checkout!

I have ordered an "Own Logo" product online - how do I give you my logo?
You can send us your logo either via Whatsapp to 07983 925864 or email us at contact@bespokelabels.info - don't worry if you forget we will drop you an email to ask for it before completing your order!
How long is delivery?
Bespoke Custom Labels - 5 working days from artwork approval
Logo Labels - 5 working days from artwork approval
Small Business Essentials (Shop) - dispatched in within 3 working days from order (or 3 working days from receipt of additional information if required)
How much do Bespoke Labels cost?
As all Bespoke Labels are unique, the price will vary from customer to customer, however with just a few details we can give you a quote to give you an idea before going ahead with an order. We pride ourselves in sourcing the best quality labels at affordable prices so you can be assured these affordable prices will be past onto you!
Can I see my final design before it is printed?
Of course you can! If you order Bespoke Labels or one of our Small Business Starter Packs you will be sent all label and card designs to review and approve as part of the process, with our Bespoke Labels you will also receive a physical copy! If you purchase an "Own Logo" product from our Small Business Essentials shop, we won't automatically send you your design for approval however if you would like this service please just pop a note in the comments section and we will do this for you!
How do I pay?
If you order logo labels, cards or a product from the Small Business Essentials Shop, you will be directed to checkout and can pay online via card or PayPal at the time of order. When ordering Bespoke Custom Labels, we will send you an invoice via email which can be paid online via card or PayPal.
Is there a minimum order for Bespoke Labels?
No! The cost per label decreases the more labels you buy so it can sometimes be more economical to order more, however there is no requirement to do this, you just order what you need when you need it!
I have ordered custom labels before but want to change my design - can I do this?
Of course you can! No matter how many times you order we will always check you are happy with your design before printing.
I already have a design I want to use - can you print this for me?
Yes of course! Just drop us a message via Whatsapp to 07983 925864 or email us at contact@bespokelabels.info, with your design and we will help you from there.
Do you do logo design?
We are not graphic designers by trade however we have a lot of experience in design when creating labels. If you are looking for labels or cards and want your logo designed we would be happy to help, just drop us a message via WhatsApp to 07983 925864 or email us at contact@bespokelabels.info. If you are just looking for logo design we are unable to help with this unfortunately.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality of products, however if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 7 days of receipt via email to contact@bespokelabels.info and we will do our best to resolve the issue
Can I return a personalised order?
Unfortunately in general we cannot refund for personalised orders however as every case is different please contact us and we will help the best we can.
