Fraser
I’m Fraser Findlay, Managing Director at Avonclyde Bespoke Labels. I oversee all aspects of our operations, with a strong focus on quality, health, and safety, whilst focusing on maintaining our excellent customer relationships. With over 40 years of experience in the labelling industry, I’m proud to bring both knowledge and passion to the work we do. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the garden, watching my grandchildren, and going on holidays.
Nicola
I’m Nicola Reid, General Manager at Avonclyde Bespoke Labels. I manage the day-to-day operations, oversee customer profiles, and lead business innovation and development. I enjoy thinking outside the box and finding ways to integrate new technologies that improve how we work and serve our customers. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, running, and reading.

I’m John Blades, Production Manager at Avonclyde Bespoke Labels. I’m responsible for running and overseeing all aspects of label production on site. I take pride in having a sharp eye for quality and a real passion for creating the perfect label every time. When I’m not at work, I enjoy going to the gym, running, and spending time with football—whether watching or playing.
